Jérôme Souverain offers you homemade, balanced, healthy and delicious cuisine suited to mountain life. Designed by our chef on a seasonal basis, our menus are varied and feature fresh and local products. We offer traditional French cuisine, naturally complemented by a range of Savoyard specialities (matafan, farcement, tartiflette…) made using products from the village or from the Fruit Cooperative in Val d’Arly.
We bring wild herbs and plants back from our summer hikes to garnish our dishes. Our wine list will take you on a journey through Savoie, Burgundy, the Bordeaux region and Corsica.
